摘　　要：目的：建立测定冠心Ⅴ号合剂中丹参酮ⅡA含量的HPLC方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水（80∶20）为流动相,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为270nm。结果：丹参酮ⅡA在0.012 5~0.360 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.06%。结论：本方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于测定冠心Ⅴ号合剂中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone II A in Guanxin V Mixture by HPLC. Methods ： HPLC analytical method was established. The analysis was carried out on a column of Kromasil C18 （4.6min× 250mm, 5μm） with a mobile phase of methanol-water （80 ： 20） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was 30℃. The detection wavelength was 270nm. Results：The linearity range of Tansbinone Ⅱ A was 0. 012 5～0. 360 0μg. The average recovery rate was 98.6% and RSD was 3. 49%. Conclusion：This method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to determine tansbinone ⅡA in Guanxin V Mixture.
