临床药师对1例类风湿性关节炎患者开展药学监护探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过参与类风湿关节炎患者的诊疗,探讨开展患者用药监护的方法。方法:临床药师对1例合并高血压、口服药物不良反应较多的风湿病患者,根据病情给予不良反应监护、用药时间指导、联合用药监护以及利用药学服务进行针对性的药学教育。结果:向临床医生提出合理化的用药建议,有针对性地进行用药监护和宣教,提高患者的依从性和治疗效果,并有效保证患者的用药安全。结论:有针对性地进行用药监护和患者教育是临床药师发挥应有作用,保证患者用药安全有效的重要措施。Objective：To discuss the method of pharmaceutical care by participating in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Methods. Clinical pharmacists monitored the adverse drug reactions, guided the time of take medicine, tutelaged drug combination and provided medication education to a patient suffering RA and following hypertension. Results ： Patients compliance, therapeutic effect and medication safety were all improved by given clinical drug rationalization suggestions, targeted medication guardianship and education. Conclusion ： Targeted for supervision and patient education by clinical pharmacists were important measures to guarantee the safe and effective for treating patients.
