从NK细胞促心梗后血管新生探讨中医“气能行血”的内在机理

摘　　要：心梗后心室重构是介于心梗及心衰之间重要的病理过程,防治心梗后心室重构对于延缓心梗后心衰的发生具有重要意义。益气活血法从内经"气能行血"理论立法处方,在治疗心梗后心室重构中取得良好的效果。然而"气能行血"的内在机制至今尚不明确,影响了益气活血法在临床的应用。从益气活血法、益气药以及NK细胞促进心肌血管新生防治心梗后心室重构多个角度论述,探讨基于NK细胞促血管新生出发研究益气药促心梗后血管新生机制以及"气能行血"的机理的可行性。Ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is a key pathological process between myocardial infarc-tion and heart failure. Prevention and treatment of ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction is significant for pre-venting heart failure after MI delaying. Benefiting qi for activating blood circulation is a therapeutic principle of TCMbased on Qi promoting blood circulation, what has a significant effect on prevention of ventricular remodeling after myocar-dial infarction. However, the mechanism of Qi promoting blood circulation is still unknown. This article reviewed the de-velopment of prescription of benefiting qi for activating blood circulation, Qi - tonic and NK cells promoting myocardial an-giogenesis and preventing ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction and discussed the feasibility of explore mecha-nisms of Qi - tonic promoting angiogenesis and Qi promoting blood circulation.
