道地药材“潞党参”与常用商品党参鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:为鉴别潞党参药材和制订潞党参地方标准提供依据。方法:采用性状鉴别和显微鉴别方法对潞党参及不同基源和不同产地常用商品党参药材进行鉴定。结果:潞党参、素花党参和川党参性状差异明显,栽培品潞党参根头下环纹少,素花党参环纹致密且长达全长一半以上,而川党参表面有明显纵沟,木部比例小约为1/3;与潞党参同来源的台党"狮子盘头"明显,根头下致密环纹可达全长一半,而"白条党"表面黄白色,近根头处有绳孔。粉末特征主要为石细胞、网纹导管、黄色有节乳汁管、菊糖和淀粉粒,各类党参粉末特征略有差别。潞党参横切面外侧木栓细胞嵌有石细胞;韧皮部宽广;乳管群与筛管群相伴径向排列,且常与周围环绕的薄壁细胞形成团状在韧皮部外层分布;形成层成环;木质部导管呈放射状排列;薄壁细胞中含菊糖。结论:可以通过性状鉴定区别山西道地药材潞党参及常用商品党参,建议制订潞党参地方质量标准增加粉末鉴别。Objective ： To identify Lu Dangshen and provide a basis for the local standards of quality for Lu Dangshen.Methods： Morphological identification and microstructural identification were applied to identify Chinese crude drug Codo-nopsis Radix from different origins and habitats. Results： There were significant differences in morphological characters a-mong C. pilosula（ Franch. ） Nannf. , C. pilosula Nannf. var. modesta （ Nannf. ） L. T. Shen and C. tangshen Oliv. Andthey also existed in Tai Dang and Bai Tiaodang from the same origin but different habitats. The powder of Lu Dangshenwas described sclereid, reticulate vessel, yellow knobbly laticifer, inulin and few starch grains. There were some slightdifferences on the powder feature of different origins of Codonopsis Radix. The outer surface of the root was bounded bysome 10 rows of narrow cork cells, and the outside had a single scattered or groups of stone cells. Within the cork was thenarrow cortex. Phloem was broad,often had fracture. Laticifers were often accompanied by sieve tubes,and often formedgroups with parenchyma cells surrounded them,which distributed in the outer zone of phloem. Vessels occurred singly orin bundles, presented radically in the xylem. Parenchyma cells contained inulin. Conclusion： Morphological identificationis suitable for distinguishing Shanxi geoherbs Lu Dangshen and commodity Codonopsis Radix. Powder identification shouldbe included in the local standards of quality for Lu Dangshen.
