白鲜皮药材的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立白鲜皮药材的质量标准,为该药材及其制剂的质量控制提供有效方法。方法:采用TLC法鉴别,建立白鲜皮药材的高效液相特征图谱,对10批不同来源白鲜皮药材的杂质、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、水分、重金属含量进行测定。结果:10批不同来源白鲜皮药材的薄层色谱中与对照品黄柏酮、白鲜碱、梣酮色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。10批不同来源的白鲜皮药材的高效液相色谱检出6个共有特征峰,不同批次药材特征图谱相似度均大于0.9,但相对峰面积有明显差异。结论:该方法操作简单,重现性好,准确可靠,可较全面地控制白鲜皮药材及其制剂的质量。Objective ：To establish the quality standard of Dictamni Cortex for providing the effective quality controlmethod of the herb and its preparations. Method ： To identify Dictamni Cortex by TLC and establish the characteristic chro-matograms of it by RP - HPLC and determine contents of impurity, total ash, acid insoluble ash, extractive, water andheavy metals. Result：10 batches of different origins of Dictamni Cortex had the same color spots as obacunone,dictam-nine, fraxinellone in the corresponding position of TLC. Six common characteristic peaks were found in the chromatogramsfrom 10 batches of different origins of Dictamni Cortex. And the similarity was greater than 0.9, but the relative peak areahad obvious difference. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility, particularly suitable forthe comprehensive quality control of Dictamni Cortex and its preparations.
