摘 要:目的:观察中药罗仙子提取物在S180荷瘤小鼠体内的抗肿瘤作用。方法:构建S180荷瘤小鼠模型,按体重随机分为荷瘤模型组以及腹腔注射2.5、1.0、0.4 g/kg罗仙子提取物组,观察罗仙子提取物对荷瘤小鼠皮下肿瘤生长的抑制作用、对荷瘤小鼠免疫系统的调节作用,以及体内与抗肿瘤药物联合给药的增效减毒作用。结果:不同浓度罗仙子提取物可显著抑制S180荷瘤小鼠皮下肿瘤生长,显著增加S180荷瘤小鼠脾脏湿重及脾脏指数,显著增加S180荷瘤小鼠血清抗体积数,对二硝基氯苯诱导的S180荷瘤小鼠耳肿胀无显著影响,与环磷酰胺(CTX)联合给药,并不能显著增强CTX的体内抗肿瘤作用,但可显著升高注射CTX导致的胸腺、脾脏指数以及白细胞数下降,并恢复至正常水平。结论:罗仙子提取物可显著抑制S180肉瘤小鼠体内的肿瘤生长、增强机体体液免疫功能、逆转环磷酰胺引起的荷瘤小鼠免疫抑制和骨髓抑制毒性。Objective:To observe the anti - tumor effects of Chrysomya megacephala ( Fab. ) Extracts LXZ - 1A inS180 tumor- bearing mice and to preliminarily explore its mechanism of action. Method: Mice were made into S180 solidtumor model, grouped and administered with Chrysomya megacephala ( Fab. ) extracts ( 0.4 - 2.5 g/kg) by intraperito-neal injection. Inhibition of tumor growth and regulation of the immune system of LXZ - 1A alone or combined with anti-cancer drug cyclophosphamide were observed. Result:The tumor growth of S180 tumor -bearing mice was significantly in-hibited. The spleen wet weight and spleen index of S180 tumor - bearing mice were significantly increased and serum an-tibody numbers were significantly increased. However, there was no significant effect in ear edema induced by Dinitrochlo-robenzene in S180 tumor- bearing mice treated with LXZ -1A. The anti -tumor effects of LXZ- 1A combined with cy-clophosphamide were not significantly enhanced compared with LXZ - 1A treatment alone, but the reduced thymus andspleen index and leukocyte number by Cyclophosphamide were increased to normal levels. Conclusion:Chl"ysomya mega-cephala (Fab.) extracts can significantly inhibit S180 tumor growth in mice,enhance immune function and reverse cyclo-phosphamide -induced immunosuppression toxicity.
