摘  要:目的:测定蒙药沙漠嘎不同部位总黄酮和艾纳香素的含量,为合理开发沙漠嘎资源提供依据。方法:采用紫外—可见分光光度法,以橙皮素为对照品,测定总黄酮含量;采用高效液相色谱法,测定艾纳香素含量。结果:沙漠嘎不同部位的总黄酮和艾纳香素含量不同,有较大差异:其中叶的总黄酮和艾纳香素含量较高,而以6月份采收的叶含量最高;茎的总黄酮和艾纳香素含量较低。结论:沙漠嘎不同部位总黄酮和艾纳香素含量存在差异,为传统用药习惯嫩枝叶入药提供实验依据。Objective :The contents of total flavonoids and blumeatin in various medicinal parts of Artemisia Haloden-dron were determined directly to provide scientific bases for reasonably developing and utilizing resources of ArtemisiaHalodendron. Method:The ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry was employed to detect the content of the total fla-vonoids and the high - performance liquid chromatography was employed to detect the content of blumeatin. Results : Thecontent of the total flavonoids and blumeatin in the leaves of Artemisia Halodendron was the highest while in the stem thelowest. Conclusion:The difference of total flavonoids and blumeatin content in various different parts of Amomi Fruetus issignificant. It can provide an experimental basis for the traditional preparation method.
