摘　　要：开放是推动改革的重要力量。以经济特区为代表的第一次对外开放浪潮推动中国走上了市场化之路;以加入WTO为代表的第二次对外开放浪潮推动中国实现了从计划经济向市场经济的初步转轨;以自由贸易区为代表的第三次对外开放浪潮将推动中国越过改革的攻坚期和深水区,建成发达的现代市场经济。Opening- up is an important force to promote the reform. The first wave of opening up to the outside world,represented by the Special Economic Zone,promotes China to embark on the road of marketization. The second wave of opening up,represented by the accession to WTO,promotes China to achieve the initial transition from planned economy to market- oriented economy. The third wave of opening up,represented by Free Trade Area,will push China to cross the crucial period and the deep- water area of reform,to build a modern developed market- oriented economy.
