摘 要:消费力是一种链。消费力链是购买力、使用力、安全力三个主要节点的统一。消费力使消费需要成为消费需求。消费需要是消费需求的内在根据,消费需求是消费需要的外在表现。不断提升消费者的购买力、使用力和安全力,是扩大消费需求的长效机制。消费需求上升规律和消费需求不足规律是扩大消费的理论根据。提高消费主体的消费力,扩大国内消费需求,必须实现收入分配公平,促进共同富裕。一要改革收入分配制度,增加居民收入,提高居民购买力;二要进行消费教育,提高居民对消费品的使用力;三要使个人、企业和政府形成合力,提高居民消费安全力。The consumer spending power is a chain. This chain is the unity of three key nodes: purchasing power, use power and security power. That is the consumer spending power which makes consumer needs become consumer demand. Consumer needs are inherent in accordance with consumer demand; consumer demand is the outward manifestation of consumer needs. Rising purchasing power, use power and security power constantly, is the long-term mechanism to expand consumer demand. The pattern of rising consumer demand and the inadequateness of demand are the theoretical basis of expanding demand. In order to improve consumer spending power, we have to implement equitable distribution and promote common prosperity. Specifically, firstly, we need to reform the existing income distribution system, increase residents' income and accordingly improve their purchasing power; secondly, it is necessary to conduct consumer education for improving the use of consumer items ; lastly, individuals, enterprises and government need to work together to enhance consumer security power.
