摘　　要：在分析大型体育场馆服务外包的程序与特征的基础上,探究体育场馆服务外包运作中的风险形成因素。研究认为,服务外包各个环节均存在场馆决策者的有限理性、服务外包关系潜在的"锁定"、外包关系的协调、逆向选择、道德及"腐败"风险等形成的因素,建议引入法律程序遏制腐败,同时大力培养与引进场馆服务外包专业人才,提高场馆服务外包专业化水平,以规避大型体育场馆服务外包风险。Based on the analysis of the procedure and features of the service outsourcing of large-scale stadiums, this paper makes a thorough inquiry of the formative factors of the risks caused in the procedure of the service outsourcing in large-scale stadiums. Then it drew conclusions that there exist some formative factors of the risks in the procedure of the service outsourcing, such as decision-makers’ bounded rationality, the potential lock-in of the relationship in service outsourcing, the coordination of the relationship in service outsourcing, adverse selection, morality and corruption, etc. Then it proposed some suggestions such as curbing corruption by the introduction of legal procedure, avoiding the risks of bounded rationality by cultivating and introducing professional talents to improve the specialization level of the service outsourcing of large-scale stadiums.
