摘　　要：文中结合通信应用技术相对稳定的特点,探讨将价值工程和业务需求决定等方法引入到实际应用,解决电力通信网络建设运行中存在的问题,以期对后续规划及建设有所启发。In this paper, combining the characteristics of the communication technology application is relatively stable, dis-cusses to value engineering and needs of the business decision method is introduced into the practical application, solve the problems in the operation of electric power communication network network construction, in order to inspire subsequent plan-ning and construction.
