摘　　要：电力机车直接影响运行安全及运输秩序的因素之一是车顶雾闪及主变压器火灾事故,因此研制电力机车高压供电系统静动态绝缘监控装置成为确保运输安全的一个重要课题。文章阐述了检测装置系统构成、功能原理、主要技术特点及现场应用情况,为实践提供了科学依据。The roof fog flashing and the main transformer fire accident is one of the factors which directly affect the safe operation and transport order of electric locomotive. Therefore, it has become an important topic to development of static and dynamic insulation monitoring device of electric locomotive high-voltage power supply system which can ensure transport safety. This paper describes the detector system configuration, function theory, the main technical characteristics and field ap-plication.
