也谈“克强经济学”

摘　　要：李克强自任中国政府总理以来推行的一系列新经济举措和经济政策被外国机构称为"克强经济学"。文章把克强经济学视为一种宏观经济政策,着重从经济学学理上探讨克强经济学的学术价值,认为"克强指数"以更简捷、更便利、更实用和更准确的方式提供了对宏观经济走势的判断。"稳"和"好"是克强经济学的总基调,经济运行合理区间论是克强经济学的精髓,而"打造中国经济升级版"是其核心。克强经济学是各种宏观经济理论和各国宏观经济政策的合理成分与中国经济改革实践相结合的产物,它也必将对丰富和发展宏观经济理论和政策做出贡献。Since Mr. Li Keqiang serves as the Premier of the Chinese government,a series of new economic initia-tives and economic policies he carries out are called by foreign institutions as ＂Likonomics＂. This paper regardsLikonomics as a type of macro-economic policy, focuses on its academic value to economic principles. Likonomisincludes ＂Keqiang index＂, which provides the judgment of macroeconomic trend in a more simple, more conve-nient,more practical and more accurate way. Both＂stability＂and＂good＂are the general tone of Likonomics,thetheory of economic operation within a reasonable range is its essence,and ＂creating the upgrade version of China’s economy＂is its core. Likonomics is the combination of the practice of China’s economic reform with the reason-able components of various macroeconomic theories and as well as macroeconomic policies of various countries andit will certainly make a great contribution to the development of macroeconomic theories and economic policies.
