摘 要:骨质疏松症、激素性股骨头坏死、糖尿病、心衰、肥胖等疾病的发病机制与脂肪在相关器官、组织中的浸润有密切关系。目前大量实验研究发现,脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪酸、脂肪因子对成骨细胞、破骨细胞、β细胞、心肌细胞、血管内皮细胞的功能、增殖、分化具有一定不利影响。在骨科领域,研究也证实脂肪细胞促进成骨细胞凋亡在骨质疏松症、激素性股骨头坏死等疾病发病机制中具有重要意义。脂质促凋亡的作用机制与MAPK(丝裂原活化蛋白激酶)通路的激活、氧化应激反应、炎症反应、自噬体的激活有关。本文主要对近年来脂质参与成骨细胞凋亡及相关作用机制的文献资料作回顾总结。The mechanism of many diseases,such as osteoporosis,steroid- induced necrosis of femoral head,heart failure,obesity,are associated with fat infiltration in several organs and tissues. Currently,a large number of experimental studies have found that fatty acids,adipokines secreted by fat cell have some adverse effects on the function,proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts,osteoclasts,β cells,cardiac cells and vascular endothelial cell. In the field of orthopedics,the study also confirmed that fat cells promote osteoblast apoptosis has important significance in osteoporosis,steroid- induced necrosis of femoral head. The mechanism of lipid promoting apoptosis have related to MAPK( mitogen- activated protein kinase) pathway activation,oxidative stress,inflammation,activated macrophages. This review makes a summary about that lipd play an inportant part in osteoblast apoptosis.
