顺行-逆行双向对吻技术在膝下动脉腔内治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨顺行-逆行双向对吻技术在膝下动脉腔内治疗中的应用价值。方法选取4例膝下动脉病变患者,对其进行顺行-逆行双向对吻腔内治疗。对所有患者随访时间3个月,随访内容包括患者症状、体征及踝肱指数。结果患者一期技术成功率100%,无逆行穿刺血管闭塞患者。患者术后症状均有明显缓解。所有患者随访期间症状、体征及踝肱指数均有明显改善。结论顺行-逆行双向对吻技术可用于治疗膝下动脉分叉部病变,安全性高、疗效好。Objective To evaluate the application value of the antegrade-retrograde kissing balloon technique（ARKBT）for below-the-knee（BTK）endovascular therapy.Methods Four patients with BTK limb ischemia located in the infrapopliteal bifurcation were treated with ARKBT.The follow-up including symptom,sign and ankle-brachial index（ABI）was performed three months after therapy.Results The technical success rate was 100%,no retrograde puncture in patients with vascular occlusion was occured.Postoperative symptoms of all patients were relieved.Symptoms,signs and ABI were improved significantly in all patients during the follow-up.Conclusion Angioplasty of the bifurcation of the popliteal and tibio-peroneal trunk using ARKBT is a safe and effective procedure in BTK limb ischemia.
