摘 要:目的了解肿瘤化疗患者心理韧性状况并分析其影响因素,以期为肿瘤化疗患者的心理健康维护提供参考。方法选取2014年2-7月就诊于某三甲医院的200例肿瘤化疗患者,采用心理韧性量表、一般自我效能感量表、社会支持量表对患者进行问卷调查。结果肿瘤化疗患者心理韧性得分为(53.88±13.26)分;不同年龄、职业、婚姻状况、文化程度、家庭月收入、医疗费用支付形式及居住方式的患者心理韧性得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。文化程度、一般自我效能和社会支持对肿瘤化疗患者的心理韧性预测作用为40.90%。结论肿瘤化疗患者的心理韧性普遍较低,文化程度、一般自我效能感、社会支持是影响心理韧性的重要因素。护士需加强对肿瘤患者的心理行为干预,使患者保持良好的心理状态,使之积极配合治疗,以提高治疗效果。Objective To investigate the psychological resilience of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 200 eases of cancer chemotherapy patients treated in a grade 3 class A hospital from February 2014 to July 2014 were selected and surveyed using Connor Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC) ,General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES) and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS). Results The average score of tumor chemotherapy patientsr psychological resilience was (53. 88± 13.26). The difference in the psychological resilience score was significant among patients with different ages, occupations, marital status, educational levels, family monthly income, medical fee payment form and the resident manners (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The multiple regression analysis showed that the education levels, general self-efficacy and social support were able to predict 40.90% of the total variance of chemotherapy patients' psychological resilience. Conclusion Chemotherapy patients' psychological resilience level was generally at a low level. The educational levels, the general self-efficacy and social support were important factors affectingpsychological resilience. Nursing staff should attach importance to psychological intervention to keep them at good psychological states and cooperative in treatment, so as to better the effect.
