摘 要:目的探讨团队式授权教育对2型糖尿病患者知识、疾病态度与管理能力的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将87例2型糖尿病患者分为对照组44例和观察组43例。对照组按常规对患者进行糖尿病教育与管理,观察组采用团队式授权教育方式进行糖尿病教育与管理。分别在干预前、干预后3个月评估患者的知识、疾病态度与自我管理能力。结果干预后两组糖尿病知识、疾病态度和自我管理能力均有提高,观察组糖尿病知识掌握、疾病态度和自我管理能力评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论团队式授权教育模式在提高2型糖尿病患者相关知识、疾病态度和自我管理水平方面优于常规糖尿病健康教育方法。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of team empowerment education on knowledge, attitudes and management capabilities among patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 87 type 2 diabetes patients were randomly assigned into a control group (n=44) and an experimental group (n = 43). The Control group received conventional health education and follow-up service, while patients in the experimental group were given team empowerment education. The knowledge, attitudes and self-management capabilities of patients in both groups were evaluated after 3 months' intervention. Results After the intervention, the knowledge, attitudes and management capabilities of both groups were improved. Those of the intervention group were significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion Team empowerment education is superior to conventional health education in bette ring the knowledge, attitudes and management capabilities of patients with type 2 diabetes.
