摘  要:为研制鸭传染性浆膜炎二价灭活疫苗,以鸭疫里默氏菌血清1型RAf63株和2型RAf34株为菌种,培养,灭活,浓缩,混合后制成二价灭活疫苗。2倍量接种6d樱桃谷鸭测定疫苗的安全性;接种6d樱桃谷鸭,免疫后5、10、14、21、35、49、63、70d,进行攻菌试验,测定疫苗的免疫原性。结果表明,该疫苗安全,免疫后14d产生保护,保护率为90%,免疫持续期可达60d。研制成功可用于预防由血清1型和2型鸭疫里默氏菌引起的鸭传染性浆膜炎。The purpose of this study was to develop a bivalent inactivated vaccine against duck infectious serositis. Riemerella anatipestifer strain RAf63 (serotype 1)and RAf34 (serotype 2)were used as the vaccine strains. The strains were cultured and inactivated and concentrated respectively,and then mixed. The bivalent inactivated vaccine was made from the mixture. A double dose of inoculation to 6-day old ducklings were used to determine the safety of the vaccine. To determine the immunogenicity of the vaccine,6-day old ducklings were vaccinated with the vaccine and challenged with the vaccine strains on the 5 th ,10th ,14th ,21 th ,35 th ,49 th ,63 th ,and 70th d postinoculation, respectively. The results showed that the vaccine was safe and the protection rate was 90% on the 14th day postinoculation and the vaccine immunity duration was 60 days. The vaccine can be used to prevent duck infectious serositis caused by Riemerella anatipestifer serotype 1 and 2.
