摘  要:目的观察大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤后神经功能、脑梗死体积、脂质过氧化的变化及复方当归注射液的干预作用。方法以线栓法构建SD大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞致局灶性脑缺血损伤模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、复方当归注射液组(药物组)和阳性对照组。造模后1 h,假手术组和模型组予生理盐水腹腔注射,药物组和阳性对照组分别给予复方当归注射液和依达拉奉注射液腹腔注射,连续7 d,通过神经行为学评分判断大鼠神经功能变化,四氮唑红染色方法测定脑组织梗死体积,硫代巴比妥酸方法检测缺血侧脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果脑缺血7 d后,药物组脑梗死体积比及神经功能指标均较模型组显著改善(P<0.05),MDA含量较模型组有一定下降趋势。结论复方当归注射液能显著改善局灶性脑缺血大鼠的神经行为学功能、减小脑梗死体积,并可能有减轻脂质过氧化的作用。Objective To investigate neurological function, volume of cerebral infarction,changes of lipid peroxidation, and the intervention effect of compound angelica injection (CAI) onrats with focal cerebral ischemia injury. Methods Models of rat with cerebral ischemia werereproduced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). All animals were randomly divided intosham-operation group, model group, CAI group, and edaravone group. 1 hour after the modelswere established, rats in the sham-operation group and model group received intraperitonealinjection with normal saline, while rats in CAI group and edaravone group receivedintraperitoneal injection with relevant medicine for continuing 7 days. Volume of cerebralinfarction was detected by Tetrazole staining method, neurologic function were detected byneuroethology, and concentration of MDA in brain tissue was also detected. Results After 7-daycerebral ischemia, compared with the model group, volume of cerebral infarction in CAI group wassignificantly reduced (P 〈0.05), and the concentration of MDA was a little lower. Conclusion CAI hassignificant protective effects which can significantly improve neurological function, reduce volumeof cerebral infarction, and alleviate the effects of lipid peroxidation of rats with focal cerebralischemia injury.
