摘  要:目的确定蛇床子素羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺。方法采用不饱和水溶液-冷冻干燥法制备包合物,以二次正交旋转组合设计法设计羟丙基-β-环糊精包合工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定包封率。结果确定最佳包合工艺为:羟丙基-β-环糊精与药物比例为4.5∶1,电动搅拌机35℃,恒温水浴搅拌210 min,进行包封。结论所确定的制备工艺合理可行,具有良好的开发应用前景。Objective To study the process of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) inclusiontechniques for osthol. Methods The inclusion complex of osthol and HP-β-CD was prepared byunsaturated water solution and freeze-drying technique. Inclusion techniques were selected byscreening on quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design method, and the entrapmentefficiency was identified by HPLC. Results The optimal technical conditions were as follows:theratio of HP-β-CD and drug was 4.5∶1;temperature for electric mixer was 35 ℃;the stirring timefor thermostatic waterbath was 210 min. Conclusion This method is reasonable and it may have aprosperous future of development and application.
