摘  要:目的 建立同时测定甘肃产竹叶椒根中白藓碱和茵芋碱含量的高效液相色谱方法.方法 采用Kromasil-C18 色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(65∶35),检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30 ℃.结果 白藓碱进样量在0.205~2.05 μg(r =0.999 9)、茵芋碱进样量在0.199 6~1.996 μg(r =0.999 7)范围内线性关系良好,白藓碱和茵芋碱的平均加样回收率分别为99.69%(RSD=0.57%)、99.49%(RSD=1.04%).结论 该方法简便、准确,适用于甘肃产竹叶椒根中白藓碱和茵芋碱的含量测定.Objective To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of thecontents of dictamnolactone and skimmianine in the root of Zanthoxylum armatum DC. fromGansu Province. Methods The column was kromasil-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm);the mobilephase was acetonitrile-water (65∶35);UV detection was performed at 254 nm;the flow rate was1.0 mL/min;detected drift tube temperature was set at 30 ℃. Results The calibration curveswere linear in the range of 0.205-2.05 μg for dictamnolactone (r =0.999 9) and 0.199 6-1.996 μgfor skimmianine (r =0.999 7). The average recovery was 99.69% (RSD=0.57%) for dictamnolactoneand 99.49% (RSD=1.04%) for skimmianine. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It issuitable for content determination of dictamnolactone and skimmianine in the root of Zanthoxylumarmatum DC..
