摘　　要：目的了解首都医科大学附属北京中医医院(以下简称"本院")中药饮片的使用情况。方法收集本院2010-2013年中药饮片调剂、入库、收入与支出等数据,运用Excel2007进行统计分析。结果本院中药饮片调剂工作量逐年增大,中药饮片调剂人员工作负荷重,与西药、中成药相比人力成本高,中药饮片损耗大且无补偿,其相关的一次性耗材由医院承担。结论本院中药饮片经营凸显尴尬困境,需尽快寻找对策。Objective To investigate the use condition of Chinese decoction pieces in Beijing TCMHospital of Capital Medical University. Methods Excel was used to analyze the data collected fromthe hospital, including transfer, storage, and income and expense data of decoction pieces from2010 to 2013. Results Workload of transfer of Chinese decoction pieces increased every year, andthe staff were heavily loaded. Compared with western medicine and Chinese patent medicine,Chinese decoction pieces require more manpower. There is no compensation policy for all aspectsof loss in Chinese patent medicine. Hospitals are responsible for relevant disposable consumableitems. Conclusion The management of Chinese decoction pieces in our hospital is in an awkwardsituation, which calls for countermeasures as soon as possible.
