摘　　要：《管子》、《商君书》与《韩非子》三部法家经典著作蕴含丰富的国家信用观。法家呼吁建立国家信用,认为国家信用是国家法律得以贯彻的基础,对于国家建设、外交攻防具有重要意义。法家提出信先于法、法高于权、权为法用的原则,以及立法树信、执法固信、普法表信的国家信用建设方法。法家的国家信用观对当前我国社会信用体系建设和推行依法治国具有借鉴意义。The three representative legalism books,Guan Zi,The Book of Shang Yang and Han Feizi have plenty of national credit views.Legalism advocates the establishment of national credit,for it is the foundation in implementing law,thus it is very important in national development and diplomacy.The principle of building national credit is to build trust ahead of law,put law higher than power and make power serve the law,thus legalization enforcement and dissemination of law are the major methods in building up a nation's credit.Legalism has contributed a lot in building the nation,and its view of national credit is still significant in building social credit system and carrying out rule by law in our country today.
