摘　　要：本文以深入调研为基础,对沂蒙山区现有农村土石结构住房的特点、破坏情况及起因进行了分析,确定了危旧房屋改造的原则。结合地方材料应用情况和传统工艺做法,提出了有针对性的改造技术,并通过实际改造案例说明了技术的具体应用。On the basis of a large number of research data, this paper on the characteristics, the destruction and causes ofexisting rural housing Yimeng Mountain were analyzed, and defined the principles dilapidated house transformation.Traditional craft practices proposed the corresponding transformation technology combining with local materials application,and illustrated the specific application of technology through practical case.
