摘  要:以农用拖拉机为研究对象,基于计算机仿真软件建立了农用拖拉机实际工况的分析模型,为解决拖拉机重载、大功率等使用要求,分析了齿轮承载能力、齿根受力分布等。分析结果表明,农用拖拉机工况复杂,但是拖拉机实际使用过程中安全系数均满足要求,仍能实现安全服役的目的;随着齿轮运转,轮齿齿面受力呈先增大后减小的趋势,且在齿面中间前后达到最大值;齿轮齿根应力分布随着轮齿啮合先增大后减小,最大值出现在齿轮齿宽中间前后。Using agricultural tractor as the research object, the analysis model of the actual working conditions of agriculturaltractor was established based on computer simulation software, and analyzed the gear bearing capacity, the tooth root stressdistribution and the like, in order to solve the large power requirements of the heavy load on tractors. The final resultsshowed that the agricultural tractors working condition was complex, but the safety factor met the requirements during actualuse of tractors, and could still achieve the purpose of the security service. The force of gear tooth surface showed a trend ofan increase first and then decrease with the gear running, and reached a maximum around in the middle of the tooth width.Gear root stress distribution increased first and then decreased along with the meshing, the maximum value appeared in themiddle of the gear width.
