摘  要:基于软土地区某基坑工程滑坡事故,采用理正深基坑软件对滑坡事故段进行分析和研究.研究结果表明:坑内偏位管桩位于基坑滑移面内,基坑滑移是造成管桩偏位的主要原因;基坑内排管桩位移大于坡脚管桩是由施工组织不当造成的,本事故可归结为工程管理性事故.提出了对软土地区基坑进行风险评估是实现基坑工程安全与经济的重要措施,对同类基坑的施工与管理具有一定的理论和现实意义.Based on landslide accident of a foundation pit in soft ground area, research on landslide has been made by employing Li Zheng software designed for deep foundation pit. Results show that: the deviated piles are located in the slip surface of foundation pit, and the slippage of foundation pit is the main reason of the deviation of piles. The reason that displacement of piles on the inner row of foundation pit is greater than which at the slop toe is due to improper construction organization, and it can be attributed to engineering management accident. Suggestion is given that it is an important step to assure security and economy to carry out risk assessment of foundation pit in soft ground area, which has theoretical and practical significance.
