摘　　要：中日两国是近邻,复杂且变化的中日关系正处于1972年邦交正常化以来的最低点。推进两国人民之间客观地相互认知,传播正确信息,解释中国相关外交政策,清除民众心理认识障碍,可以适当化解当前中日关系的紧张局面。As neighboring countries, the complicated and changing relationship between China and Japan is at its coolest since the normalization of bilateral relations in 1972. Promoting unbiased mutual understanding, disseminating correct information, elaborating China's foreign policy, and eliminating barriers that hamper mutual understanding are the only ways of alleviating the tensionof the Sino-Japanese relationship.
