摘　　要：近年来,中韩关系保持良好的发展势头,在官方交往和民间交流等各个层面都取得较大进展。中韩关系被认为"处于近年来最好的时期"。中韩关系发展的背后,有韩国知华派的努力。京畿道知事南景弼就是韩国政界中有代表性的一位知华派人士。南景弼任韩国国会议员近20年,在议会外交领域有着丰富的经验。而今,他又出任韩国地方行政长官,在地方外交领域有其独特的思考。本刊对南景弼知事进行了专访,希望其经历与经验对我们的公共外交研究与实践有所裨益。In recent years, China and ROK have enjoyed a very positive relationship. Astrong momentum has been maintained, with considerable progress being made in inter-governmental and people-to-people exchanges. The development of such a friendly relationship partly relies on the efforts of ROK's China experts. As a prominent such authority, Governor Nam Kyung Pil of Gyeonggi Province not only contributes distinctive ideas in municipal diplomacy, but with a 20-year career as a parliamentarian also offers a wealth of experience in parliamentary diplomacy. Public Diplomacy Quarterly interviewed Governor Nam Kyung-pil, keen to learn from his experience so as to benefit the research and practice of China's public diplomacy.
