摘　　要：全球化的发展、国家法治的统一性,都不可能消灭法治文化的区域特质。在一个统一的甚至是大一统的国家,尤其是大国和多民族国家,完全可以形成不同的区域法治文化。区域法治文化与国家法治文化之间、不同区域的法治文化之间是相互影响、相互作用、彼此关联的。区域法治文化的发展前提是不同法治文化的共存,发展动力是法治文化之间存在的冲突和张力,发展方法是不同法治文化的整合。不同法治文化整合的结果,必然是既富有区域本土特色,又彰显现代法治精神,在国家法治统一与区域法治个性中不断磨合,不断推进区域法治文化的形成、丰富与发展。Regional legal culture is a dominant legal culture in specific geographic area, which is created b groups within the region. Development of globalization and the ty of national rule of law are both impossible to the regional characteristics of the legal culture. In a unified national unification, especially in the large and multi y social destroy country, it is possible to torm different regional legal culture. Between regional and national legal cultures, and the different legal cultures between regions, the various elements concerning the region, such as economy, politics, history, traditions, customs and other elements are interacting each other and constituting a complex system. The premise of the development of regional legal culture is the coexistence of different legal cultures. The momentum of the development is the conflicts and tension between different legal cultures. The method of the development lies in the integration of difl＇erent legal cultures.
