中医手法配合施沛特关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察手法配合膝关节腔内注射透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法：将65 例膝关节骨关节炎患者随机分为2 组,治疗组33 例予手法配合施沛特关节腔内注射治疗,对照组32 例透明质酸钠关节内注射治疗,分别观察并比较其临床疗效和改善关节功能的效果.结果：治疗组临床治疗总有效率（97%）明显高于对照组（84.4%）,膝关节症状体征改善时间明显早于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：手法配合施沛特关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效优于单纯膝关节内注射施沛特,值得临床推广运用.ObjectiveTo observe the massage knee joint cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate treat knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy. Methods：65 patients with kneeosteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group of 33 cases with massage ShiPei articular cavity injection treatment, the control group,32 cases of intra-articularinjections of sodium hyaluronate treatment,respectively,observe and compare the clinical curative effect and improve the effect of joint function.Results：the clinical total effective rate（97%） of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（84.4%）,knee joint symptoms and signs improved time earlier than the control group obviously,comparingthe two groups have significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：massage ShiPei articular cavity injection treatment of knee clinical efficacy is better than that of pure in the knee jointinjection ShiPei,worth clinical promotion.
