通窍活血汤对缺血性卒中血小板聚集试验变化的研究

摘　　要：目的从我国特色的中医学入手,对比分析单纯西医口服阿司匹林疗法和阿司匹林＋通窍活血汤联合用药治疗缺血性卒中的效果.通过对血小板聚集实验结果的有效评估,为通窍活血汤的用法扩展及缺血性卒中的中西医结合治疗提供新的思路.方法：从2010 年1 月到2012 年1 月期间经诊断为缺血性卒中伴有血小板聚集现象的患者中,随机选取在我院接受治疗,并已经完成治疗的病例80 例,其中50 例设置为治疗组,采用口服阿司匹林和通窍活血汤联合给药治疗.另外30 例设置为对照组,单纯采用口服阿司匹林的方法治疗.并通过两组间的相关数据进行对比分析.结果：两组实验的使用药物阿司匹林和通窍活血汤均在一定程度上可以阻断血小板的活化过程,对降低血小板聚集程度有一定的效果;采用口服阿司匹林与通窍活血汤联合用药的治疗组血小板聚集率降低幅度明显强于单纯口服阿司匹林的对照组,尤其是治疗两周后效果更加明显.结论：通过临床实践和相关数据分析,在缺血性卒中的普通治疗中加用通窍活血汤联合治疗相比单纯使用阿司匹林治疗具有更好的疗效,但在用药上应充分考虑患者自身实际,在药的种类及用量上恰当选择.此外,鉴于此次试验中可能存在的个体性,还应进一步开展更广泛和深入的临床调研.Objective From the start of the characteristics of Chinese medicine,comparative Analysis of the efficacy of aspirin ＋ Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction combinationtherapy for ischemic stroke with aspirin treatment of ischemic stroke.Through evaluate platelet aggregation test results,to provide new ideas for new methods of use TongqiaohuoxueDecoction and how to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat ischemic stroke.Method Randomly selected 80 patients treated in our hospital, these are the peoplewho from January 2010 to January 2012 were diagnosed with ischemic stroke associated with platelet aggregation phenomenon.Set of 50 cases for treatment group,Use of aspirin ＋Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction for combination therapy.Another 30 set as control group,Only use of aspirin for treatment.And through the relevant data between the two groups to contrastanalysis. Result Two sets of experiments using drugs aspirin and Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction were to a certain extent to block platelet activation process, to reduce the extent of plateletaggregation;The treatment group which use of aspirin ＋ Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction for combination therapy have a better effect on reduce the rate of platelet aggregation than thecontrol group which Only use of aspirin for treatment,especially after two weeks of treatment effect is more pronounced.Conclusion Through clinical practice and related dataanalysis,In the general treatment of ischemic stroke adding Tongqiaohuoxue Decoction to carry out the combination therapy than simply using aspirin therapy has a better effect,But onthe medication should fully consider the patient＇s own actual,Correct selection of the type and dosage of various drugs. In addition,Considering the Narrow sex of the individualselection experiment and the differences between human body ,we also should further carry out more extensive and in-depth clinical research.
