中西医结合保守治疗声带小结临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合保守治疗声带小结的疗效.方法：回顾性分析36例声带小结患者的中西医结合保守治疗的临床效果.结果：36例患者中痊愈者22例,占61.11%;有效共有9例,占25%;无效者5例,占13.89%,总有效率为86.11%.结论：采用中西医结合的方法保守治疗声带小结具有很好的临床效果,值得推广.Objective To observe the curative effect of conservative treatment of vocal nodules with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Clinicalefficacy of 36 patients treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were analyzed retrospectively. Result 22 cases of the 36 patients were cured, which accountsfor 61.11%; 9 cases of which were effective accounting for 25%; 5 cases of which were ineffective accounting for 13.89%. The total effective rate was 86.11%.ConclusionConservative treatment of vocal nodules with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective clinically and is worth to be popularized.
