火针扬刺法治疗跟后滑囊炎65例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察火针疗法治疗跟后滑囊炎的临床疗效.方法：采用火针疗法治疗跟后滑囊炎65例患者,5日一次,3次为一疗程.观察患者治疗中及治疗后反应采用视觉模拟评分量表（VAS）评定患者治疗前后的疼痛程度.结果：1个疗程、2个疗程及治疗结束后6个月随访VAS评分分别为（2.21±0.51）、（1.56±0.45）及（0.87±0.32）分,明显低于治疗前的（6.18±0.94）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或〈0.01）,治疗后6个月时,治愈率为73.8%（48/65）,VAS评分优良率为96.9% （63/65）.结论：采用火针疗法治疗跟后滑囊炎有较好的疗效,且简便安全,值得临床推广运用.Objetive To discuss the clinical efficacy of Centro-squre needling A shi points by fire needle therapy on Retrocalcaneal bursitis.Methods： Sixty-five cases ofretrocalcaneal bursitis were treated by Centro-squre needling A shi points with fire needle therapy .The treatmen was given once every 5 days and 3 times as one treatment course. Allthe patients were evaluated by VAS（visual analogue scale） before the treatment and after one treatment course 、two treatment course and six-months follow-up. Results： Theevaluation of VAS after fire needle treatment was（2.21±0.51）、（1.56±0.45）and（0.87±0.32）,which is much lower than the one（6.18±0.94） before treatment ,and,there was significantstatistical difference in comparison （P 〈 0.05）;and the clinical cure rate was 73.8%（48/65） ,while the VAS effectiveness rate after six-months follow-up was 96.6% （63/65）.Conclusion： With a high safety and marked effectiveness,treated by Centro-squre needling A shi points with fire needle therapy is a good approach for retrocalcaneal bursitis.
