大黄芒硝在重症胰腺炎治疗中的联合应用的研究

摘　　要：目的研究大黄芒硝在重症胰腺炎治疗中的联合应用的疗效.方法：将2012 年02 月-2014 年08 月我科收治的符合入选标准的重症胰腺炎患者80 例,随机分为治疗组和观察组.两组均给予内科常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予大黄芒硝联合治疗.评定两组患者治疗好转情况,并比较他们的治疗效果.结果：治疗组的有效率为97.5%,明显高于观察组的有效率77.5%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组患者在治疗过程中未出现任何严重不良反应.结论：大黄芒硝联合应用对治疗重症胰腺炎,疗效显著,值得在临床治疗中广泛应用.Objective To study the therapeutic effect of combined use of rhubarb and Mirabilite in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods： the 2012 02 months -2014years 08 months in our department were consistent with the 80 severe acute pancreatitis patients with selected standard patients, randomly divided into the treatment group and theobservation group. Results： the efficiency of the treatment group was 97.5%, significantly higher than the effective rate of the observation group 77.5%, with significant difference（P〈 0.05）. Two groups of patients without any severe adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion： the combined application of rhubarb and Mirabilite in the treatment ofsevere acute pancreatitis, the curative effect is remarkable, it is widely used in clinical treatment.
