暖宫贴结合点穴治疗产后尿潴留的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗产后尿潴留的方法及疗效.方法：选取住院分娩的单胎头位顺产后发生尿潴留的患者150 例,其中初产妇105 例 经产妇45 例.随机将产妇分为3 组,对照 1 组 应用暖宫贴外贴于气海穴,对照2 组应用点穴 观察组 应用暖宫贴结合点穴.每组50 例,比较疗效.结果：观察组50 例总有效49 例,（98%）1 例无效（2%）,疗效明显优于2 个对照组,有统计学意义有统计学意义（P〈0.005）.结论：暖宫贴结合点穴治疗产后尿潴留疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.Objective：to investigate the method and curative effect for the treatment of postpartum urinary retention. Methods select single hospital childbirth fetal head naturalbirth occurred after 150 cases of urinary retention of patients, including 105 cases of primipara multipara 45 cases. Maternal randomly divided into three groups, control group 1application warm palace post in outside air sea cave, control group 2 application combined with acupuncture point observation group used warm house. 50 cases in each group,comparing curative effect. Results observation group of 50 cases of total effective in 49 cases, invalid （98%）, 1 case （2%）, the curative effect was better than two comparison groups,with statistical significance （P 〈 o. 005）. Conclusion： the combination of warm palace to stick with acupuncture treatment of postpartum urinary retention curative effect is distinct,worthy of clinical popularization and application. keywords Postpartum urinary retention with acupuncture Warm palace curative effect observation
