信息-动机-行为模型对脊柱结核患者服药依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的以IMB 模型（Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model 信息-动机-行为技巧模型）为理论基础制定干预措施,提高脊柱结核患者出院后服药依从性,保证手术后疗效,防止复发.方法：随机选取100 例脊柱结核患者为研究对象,其中50 例为对照组,另50 例为干预组.对照组实施常规治疗,干预组除常规治疗外,另辅以IMB 模型干预措施,于患者出院后12 个月采用问卷调查法,通过信函、E-mali、电话等方式进行随访,观察对照组和干预组患者服药依从性的差异.结果：干预组出院后服药依从性明显高于对照组（p〈0.05）两组比较有统计学意义.结论：信息-动机-行为技巧模型综合考虑了行为转变过程中的因素,强调行为技巧对行为改变的影响,促使患者执行良好的健康行为,提高脊柱结核患者出院后服药的依从性,从而有效降低了脊柱结核的复发率.Objective Based on IMB model （Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model information motivation skills model） the intervention measures as the theoreticalbasis, to improve medication compliance of discharged patients with spinal tuberculosis, ensure the postoperative curative effect, prevent recurrence. Methods： 100 patients with spinaltuberculosis patients as the research object, of which 50 cases as control group, another 50 cases of intervention group. The control group received the routine treatment, theintervention group besides routine treatment, the intervention measures in the IMB model, using the method of questionnaire 12 months after discharge from hospital, were followed upthrough letters, E-mali, telephone and other means, the differences observed in the control group and the intervention group patients compliance with medication. Results： theintervention group of medication compliance after discharge was significantly higher than the control group （p〈0.05） of two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： the IMBmodel considering the factors of behavior change process, emphasize the effect of behavioral skills of behavior change, to facilitate the implementation of good health behavior ofpatients, improve the medication compliance of discharged patients with spinal tuberculosis, effectively reduce the recurrence rate of spinal tuberculosis.
