摘　　要：目的总结近效期药品管理的经验,规范近效期药品管理,保证临床用药安全、有效.方法：制定有效管理制度与措施,防范产生过期、失效药品,规避失效药品风险.结果：通过规范化、制度化、常态化的药品管理与监督,确保了医院药品使用的质量与安全.结论：近效期药品管理,初见成效.Objective Summarize experience on managing drugs that are about to expire, optimize its management, ensure safe and effective clinical medication. Method：Establish efficient managing system and measurement, prevent expired drugs, avoid risks of using expired drugs. Result： Ensure the quality and safety of hospital＇s medication bynormalized, systematic and standardized management and supervision of drugs. Conclusion： The management of drugs that are about to expire is effective.
