25G腰麻针直接穿刺法与腰硬联合穿刺法用于骨科下肢手术麻醉的并发症比较

摘　　要：目的观察25G 腰麻针直接穿刺法与腰硬联合穿刺法用于骨科下肢手术麻醉并发症的比较.方法：选择80 例患者,随机分成2 组各40 例.结果：A 组麻醉穿刺疼痛感受,腰背痛发生率及疼痛时间均明显降低（P〈0.05）.结论：25G 腰椎穿刺针与常规腰麻穿刺相比可以明显减轻穿刺时痛疼和术后腰痛发生率和痛疼时间.ObjectiveTo investigate 25G pencil point spinal needle puncture and Combined spinal epidural anesthesia for lower extremity surgery complications of anesthesia.Methods：80 adult patients were randomly divided into two groups. Results：A group of anesthesia puncture feel pain, low back pain and pain incidence time were significantly lower（P 〈0.05）. Conclusions：25G pencil point spinal needle puncture can obviously relieve puncture pain and significantly reduce the incidence of backache and pain duration after surgery.
