清热解毒法治疗化脓性脑膜炎的研究进展

摘　　要：化脓性脑膜炎是由化脓性细菌引起的急性炎症反应,致残率和病死率均较高,严重影响着患者的脑功能.清热解毒法是通过以寒凉解毒作用药物作为主药对热毒病证进行治疗的一种方法,能够起到清热解毒、凉血泻热的功效.本文主要分析化脓性脑膜炎的特点、清热解毒法对化脓性脑膜炎的治疗效果和研究进展,旨在提高化脓性脑膜炎的疗效,改善患者预后,减少患者死亡率.purulent meningitis is an acute inflammatory reaction caused by pyogenic bacteria, disability rate and mortality rate were higher in patients with a serious impact onbrain function. Heat clearing and detoxicating method is through the use of cold detoxification drug as the main drug for treatment of heat toxin syndrome, can play Qingrejiedu,Liangxue Purging Heat effect. Progress in characteristics, purulent meningitis of heat clearing and detoxicating of purulent meningitis treatment effect and study the analysis in thispaper, in order to improve the curative effect of purulent meningitis and improve the prognosis of patients, reduce the mortality of patients.
