乳腺癌围术期实施循证护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析乳腺癌围术期患者实施循证护理效果.方法：临床选取我院在2013 年7 月-2014 年7 月接收并实施手术治疗的120 例乳腺癌患者,并将其随机分成两组,其中对照组的60 例患者实施常规护理,观察组的60 例患者实施循证护理,对比分析两组患者的临床效果、遵医行为和护理效果.结果：经过治疗,和对照组患者相比,观察组患者的遵医率明显偏高,差异显著（P〈0.05）;对照组和观察组患者的护理满意度分别为70.0%和98.33%,差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：在乳腺癌围术期实施循证护理,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,并且提高患者遵医行为,保证患者护理取得良好满意度,值得在临床中推广应用.Objective To observe the implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with breast cancer in perioperative period. Methods： the clinical selection of ourhospital 120 cases of operation in patients with breast cancer in 2013 July -2014 year in July received and, and were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the control group inwhich routine nursing of patients, evidence based nursing 60 cases of the observation group of patients, a comparative analysis of the clinical effect, two groups of patients compliancethe medical behavior and nursing effect. Results： after the treatment, compared with control group, the patients in observation group were significantly higher than the rate ofcompliance, significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; control group and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were 70% and 98.33%, the difference wassignificant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：the implementation of evidence-based nursing of perioperative patients with breast cancer, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of thepatients, and improve the compliance behavior of patients, ensure the patients achieved good satisfaction, worthy of clinical application.
