胸腔镜手术后整体护理干预体会

摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜手术后实施整体护理干预的护理体会.方法：资料选自2012 年10 月-2014 年2 月在本院行腹腔镜手术的患者64 例,对所有患者的临床资料进行分析.将所有患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各32 例.研究组患者给予整体护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理.结果：研究组整体护理的患者满意度96.88%明显高于对照组一般护理的满意度78.13%,组间比较差异显著有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组住院时间比较,研究组患者的住院时间为（10.3±3.7）d,对照组患者的住院时间为（15.4±4.1）d,比较具有显著性差异,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：在胸腔镜手术后采用整体护理的方式患者满意度较高,住院时间较短,且预后较好,可在临床上广泛推广应用.Objective To explore the nursing experience of holistic nursing intervention after thoracoscopic operation. Methods： data from the 2012 October to 2014 Februaryin our hospital 64 cases of laparoscopic operation patients, the clinical data of all patients were analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 32cases in each group. Holistic nursing care intervention in patients of study group, control group patients were given routine nursing care. Results： 96.88% patients satisfaction studygroup of the holistic nursing care was higher than that of the control group 78.13% general nursing satisfaction, the differences between groups was significant statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）; the two group of hospital stay compared with the time of hospitalization of the patients in the study groups for （10.3 ± 3.7） D, the control time in the hospital were （15.4 ±4.1） d, there was significant difference, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： using the holistic nursing mode with a higher patient satisfaction in thoracoscopic surgery,hospitalization time is short, and the prognosis is good, and can be widely popularized and applied in clinic.
