自拟中药方联合地塞米松外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药方联合地塞米松外敷治疗静脉炎的疗效.方法：选72 例静脉炎,随机分为治疗组36 例,对照组36 例,观察组采用 50% 硫酸镁湿敷,对照组采用自拟中药方联合地塞米松外敷.第 5 天比较两组疗效.结果：治疗组有效率明显高于对照组.结论：自拟中药方联合地塞米松外敷治疗静脉炎疗效确切,方法简单,经济实用.ObjectiveTo investigate self-prescription topical treatment in combination with dexamethasone phlebitis effect.Method：selected 72 cases of phlebitis were randomlydivided into treatment group of 36 patients in the control group of 36 patients in the observation group with 50% magnesium sulfate wet,the control group,since the proposedcombination with dexamethasone topical prescription.The first five days were compared efficacy.treatment：The treatment group was significantly higher efficiency.Conclusion：Theproposed prescription topical treatment in combination with dexamethasone phlebitis effective, simple,economical and practical.
