临床护理路径在经皮微创坚固内固定治疗颧上颌骨骨折中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨实施临床护理路径在经皮微创坚固内固定治疗颧上颌骨骨折中的作用,为临床护理提供依据.方法：随机选取本院2012 年7 月-2014 年5 月颧上颌骨骨折患者84 例,根据护理方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用传统常规护理方法,观察组采用护理临床路径.主要评估指标为干预后患者并发症、护理工作的满意度和依从性及抑郁、焦虑.结果：观察组患者并发症低于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组依从性和护理满意度分别均高于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）;观察组HAMA 和HAMD 均低于对照组,差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论：护理临床路径应用于经皮微创坚固内固定治疗颧上颌骨骨折中能够有效提高患者的依从性和护理工作满意度,降低了患者的并发症,减轻了患者的焦虑和抑郁状况,值得在临床护理中推广应用.ObjectiveTo explore the clinical nursing path for minimally invasive percutaneous rigid internal fixation for the treatment of jaw fracture of zygomatic,to providebasis for clinical nursing. Methods：84 patients with the zygomatic maxillary fractures were selected randomly in our hospital from July in 2012 to Mayin 2014 . According to thenursing method they were divided into the observation group and the control group, in the control group, nursed with the traditional routine, of the observation group with the clinicalnursing path. The main evaluation indexes were complication,nursing job satisfaction and compliance and depression, anxiety after intervention. Results：The complication of theobservation group lower than that of the control group the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.The compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group, higher than the controlgroup , the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. HAMA and HAMD of the observation group lower than those of the control group the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing path used in minimally invasive percutaneous rigid internal fixation for the treatment of zygomatic maxillary fractures could improve the complianceof patients and nurses＇ job satisfaction, reduce complications, and reduce patient anxiety and depression, which was worthy to be popularized in clinical nursing.
