循证护理对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的对循证护理干预措施对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响进行探讨.方法：选取我院收治的乳腺癌根治术患者共200 例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组.对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者在常规护理的基础循证护理,护理时间为三周.对两组患者的HAMA 评分、SQLS 评分进行对比.结果：观察组患者的HAMA 评分低于对照组患者,SQLS 评分高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：循证护理能够有效地提高乳腺癌根治术患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广和应用.Objectiveto explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on life quality of patients with radical mastectomy for breast cancer. A total of 200 cases ofpatients with radical methods in our hospital were breast cancer, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group were givenroutine nursing, the observation group patients evidence-based nursing in the base of routine nursing, nursing for three weeks. The two groups of patients with HAMA score and SQLSscore were compared. Results in the observation group than in the control group of patients with the HAMA score, SQLS score higher than the patients in the control group, withstatistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion evidence based nursing can effectively improve the radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients＇ quality of life, worthy ofclinical popularization and application.
