摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜异位症组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α（hypoxia inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α）的表达水平及临床意义.方法：采用RT-PCR 的方法对内异症患者和正常内膜中HIF-1α mRNA 的表达进行测定.结果：HIF-1α在异位内膜、在位内膜中的表达显著高于正常内膜（P〈0.05）;其在异位内膜的表达显著高于在位内膜（P〈0.05）.结论：HIF-1α mRNA 在EMs 中的表达水平比正常内膜显著增高,由此推测HIF-1α与EMs 的发生、发展可能密切相关.Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α mRNA in endometriosis.Methods： To determine the expression of HIF-1α mRNA in the normal endometrium、eutopic endometrium in endometriosisi and ectopic endometrium in endometriosis by RT-PCR..Results： The expression level of HIF-1α mRNA in ectopic and eutopic endometriumof endometriosis was markedly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.It in the ectopic endometrium of endometriosis was markedly higher than that in the eutopic endometriumof endometriosis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： .The expression level of HIF-1α mRNA in endometriosis was markedly higher than that in the normal endometrium ,Statiscal analysis revealedthat HIF-1α were associated with the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
