Millikan无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨Millikan 无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床体会.方法：选取2012 年11 月～2013 年06 月我院收治的腹股沟疝患者50 例,按硬币法将其分成实验组25 例,对照组25 例,实验组病例行Millikan 无张力疝修补术,对照组行Bassini 疝修补术,比较临床效果.结果：两组病例均顺利完成治疗,实验组并发症发生率为11.0%,复发率为0.0%,与对照组的28.0%、16.0%相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：Millikan 无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝,疗效满意,并发症发生率低,复发率低,值得临床推广.]objective to study the Millikan without tension hernia repair clinical experience in treatment of inguinal hernia. Selection Methods： November 2012 - 2013 in ourhospital patients with inguinal hernia 50 cases, according to the method of COINS will be divided into the experimental group 25 cases, control group 25 cases and experimental casesline Millikan without tension hernia repair, the control line Bassini hernia repair, to compare the clinical effect. Results： two groups of patients were successfully completed treatment,the complication rate of experimental group was 11.0%, the recurrence rate was 0.0%, compared with the control group were 28.0%, 16.0%, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Millikan without tension hernia repair treatment of inguinal hernia, curative effect is satisfied, the low incidence of complications, recurrence rate is low, worthclinical promotion.
