摘　　要：护理工作有着区别于其它行业的特殊之处,那就是护理工作面对着“人”这一有思想的服务对象,要求具有高责任感.随着病人维权意识的增强,护理人员在工作中面临的责任和风险也随之增加,这就要求护士在日常的护理工作中,不仅要预防医院特殊的环境,护理工作中的失误等因素对自己身体方面的伤害,也要警惕护患矛盾的困扰,做好自我保护.Care has special features different from other industries, that is, face care, ＂people＂ are thinking clients, requires a high sense of responsibility. With the enhancedawareness of patient rights, nurses face in their work responsibilities and risks have increased, which requires nurses to work in their daily care, not only to prevent a special hospitalenvironment, nursing errors and other factors on their physical injuries, but also guard against conflicts of troubled nurses and patients, good self-protection.
