肿瘤专科护士对食管癌主要照料者抑郁焦虑进行干预的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤专科护士对食管癌主要照料者抑郁、焦虑情绪进行护理干预的效果;方法：对56 例食管癌主要照料者进行专业化的健康宣教、心理干预、出院随访、预后宣传等措施,使用抑郁自评量表（SDS）和Zung 氏焦虑自评量表（SAS） 的调查问卷,统计主要照料者护理前后抑郁情绪和焦虑心理对比情况.结果：护理干预后主要照料者抑郁、焦虑症状明显改善,SDS、SAS 测评分数明显低于我国国内常模,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：食管癌主要照料者存在不同程度的抑郁焦虑情绪,肿瘤专科护士应积极采取相应的对策,提高食管癌主要照料者对于治疗的依从性和主动性,从而提高患者生活质量,也强调了肿瘤专科护士在帮助食管癌主要照料者顺利渡过抑郁焦虑期的重要性.Objectives This study mainly targeted to observe the influence of nursing intervention executed by oncology specialist nurses on anxiety and depression of primarycaregivers of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods：65 cases of primary caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer received oncology special intervention measure includinghealth education,psychological intervention, Follow-up of patients discharged from hospital and propaganda of prognosis. The anxiety and depression of these 56 cases wereinvestigated with Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） before and after the nursing intervention.Results：Oncology special intervention measureobviously improved the anxiety and depression of primary caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer. The test scores of SDS and SAS were distinctly lower than Chinese nationalnorm.The differences before and after nursing intervention have statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：After nursing intervention executed by oncology specialist nurses, thecompliance and initiative to the treatment of primary caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer were obviously enhanced and improved quality of life of patients. The nursingintervention executed by oncology specialist nurses played an important role in helping primary caregivers of patients with esophageal cancer to overcome the anxiety and depressionderived from cancer.
