心理疏导护理干预对雾霾天气诱发COPD患者呼吸功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨雾霾天气诱发COPD 患者心理疏导护理干预的临床效果.方法：将笔者所在医院2013 年1 月-2014 年4 月期间收治的70 例雾霾天气诱发COPD患者根据入院顺序分为2 组,即对照组35 例,观察组35 例.对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予心理疏导护理.分别观察2 组患者肺功能改善情况、治疗有效率及心理状态.结果：观察组总有效率为91.43%,显著优于对照组68.57%,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）.治疗前两组患者的FEV1,FEV1/FVC、FEV1%pred 比较无统计学差异（P〉O.05）;治疗后,观察组以上各指标较对照组均明显改善,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）.干预后,两组患者的疾病不确定感和睡眠质量评分均有所改善,且观察组患者的评分明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：通过心理疏导护理干预,可提高雾霾天气诱发COPD 患者治疗效果,改善患者心理状态,值得临床推广.ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of haze weather induced COPD patients by psychological nursing intervention. Methods：In our hospital from January2013 to April 2014 , a total of 70 cases of haze weather induced COPD patients according to the order of admission were divided into 2 groups, namely control group of 35 cases, theobservation group of 35 cases. The control group were given routine nursing care, observation group were given psychological care. The 2 groups were observed in patients about thepulmonary function improvement, the effective rate of treatment and psychological state. Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43%, significantly better than thecontrol group of 68.57%, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. there were no statistical differences in FEV1, FEV1 / FVC, FEV1%pred of the two groups of patients beforetreatment （P〉O.05）; after treatment, the indexes above of the observation group significantly improved compared with the control group, there were statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. After the intervention, two groups of patients with the disease uncertainty and the sleep quality score were improved, and the patients in observation group were significantlylower than the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The psychological counseling nursing intervention canimprove the clinical effect in patients with COPD induced haze weather , improve the psychological state of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
