21例婴幼儿维生素C缺乏症临床及影像特点调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨维生素C 缺乏症的临床及影像特点.方法：回顾性分析21 例患儿的发病年龄、饮食习惯、临床症状及影像表现、治疗效果,探讨维生素C 缺乏症的临床及影像特点及治疗效果.结果：21 例均给予大量维生素C 治疗,3～4 周后全部治愈,未遗留肢体畸形及其它后遗症.结论：对于维生素C 缺乏症,根据X 线表现、临床症状及喂养史不难作出诊断.Objective To investigate the clinical and imaging features of vitamin C deficiency disease. Methods： To review the onset age, diethabit, clinical symptoms and imaging findings, treatment effect analysis of 21 cases ofchildren with vitamin C deficiency, to explore the clinical andimaging characteristics and treatment effects of disease.Results： 21 cases were given large doses of vitamin Ctreatment, 3 to 4 weeks after cured, notleft limb deformitiesand other sequelae. Conclusion： deficiency in vitamin C,according to the X-ray findings, clinical symptoms andfeeding history isnot difficult to make the diagnosis.
